What is your proudest accomplishment as a leader?

Through our seminars and personal talks we helped >100 parents rethink how to raise children consciously. At Toy Missions, we believe that real toys and play spark curiosity, while gadgets can limit a child’s ability to explore life fully. We stand for the power of friendship, the importance of hands-on experiences, and the idea that childhood should be about learning through play—not just sitting at a desk

What is the one piece of advice you’d give to other aspiring women leaders?

Don’t choose between work and family, personal life or social accomplishments – always choose yourself and never be “in between”.

What inspires you most about your work or your industry?

Opportunity to raise a new generation of kids who are self-conscious, know themselves and understand their needs, especially little girls who will one day become precious mothers and wives.

Who is a woman from history (or your own life) who has inspired you, and why?

I am fascinated by the stories of Lady Diana, Michelle Obama, and Oprah Winfrey because, at some point, they all chose themselves. As a popular anecdote goes: ‘I’m not sure who you’d be,’ Michelle once said to her husband at a gas station, ‘but I’d still be the president’s wife even if I had married him.

In one word, how would you describe the legacy you want to leave as a leader?

Acknowledged motherhood
