What is your proudest accomplishment as a leader?

My proudest accomplishment as a leader is building something from nothin! Whether it was launching my fitness studio, leading high-impact marketing campaigns or now creating Global Sprouts. I take the risks, figure things out as I go, and bring people along for the journey. Seeing an idea turn into something real and that inspires others, is what drives me.

What is the one piece of advice you’d give to other aspiring women leaders?

Start before you’re ready. Perfection will slow you down, but momentum will move you forward. Test, learn, adapt, and keep going. The best way to build something great is to put it out into the world and refine it along the way.

What inspires you most about your work or your industry?

In 2016, I survived a life-threatening car crash and it completely changed my perspective. Since then, I don’t wait for the right time, place, or perfect circumstances. I take the risks, trust myself, and figure it out, even from rock bottom. My life is precious and while I’m beyond grateful to be here, I refuse to let this life slip through my hands. Every decision I make, including building Global Sprouts, comes from that deep understanding that we don’t get endless chances. We have to create, take action, and make an impact while we can.

Who is a woman from history (or your own life) who has inspired you, and why?

My mother. Coming from nothing and becoming a commander in the military is a testament to resilience, hard work, and an unshakable drive to be better. It means pushing forward when the odds are stacked against you, proving that where you start doesn’t determine where you’ll go.

In one word, how would you describe the legacy you want to leave as a leader?

Fearless
